Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

DIY Kits

DIY kits may not be returned once opened or used.
